Welcome to the UTSEC library! Our library contains a mix of any and all books related to the topic of sexual education, such as feminist theory, self-help books, erotica, graphic novels, zines, and much more. Our books and other print resources are lovingly curated by our Information Resources Coordinators, and are either donated to us by community members or purchased using UTSEC's levy funding. If you have a certain book that you think our library is missing, there is a form on our website (secutoronto.org) to suggest books.
Any person from the University of Toronto and the surrounding community is welcome to use the UTSEC library - being a student is not required! Our standard loan period is two weeks, but we operate on an honour system so there are no fees for overdue books. The UTSEC library is located in our office, in room 326 on the third floor of the UTSU Student Commons building (230 College St). Our hours are available on our website (secutoronto.org) or our Instagram (@utsec). Please stop in for a chat, some free safer sex supplies, or a book!
